i think uploading files with remote upload option works best bcoz if any one got slow upload speed and he wants to upload a big file then this will be very helpfull for the users with slow upload speed... like me.. i only get 20 to 24kb upload speed...so i cant upload big files

 

ha you really dont like remote uploading jimbo do you , i find it better when i upload huge 8gb files from my server than using ftp

 

nah FTP is nice and fast for me 30-40MB/s

u count just 1 download from the same ip on 24h

and if i upload a mivie on 3 parties i gonna get payyed just for 1 download and that gonna cost me 2/3

 

why split when you get 15GB max file size?

 

Agree , e.g. i download a film ... oo yay i got one part, gotta wait 10 - 30 mins to download the next one, and then again etc etc .. Or i could download one link with no rar using flashget or orbit or whatever , once it is 100mb complete i can then tell vlc to open it up - click do not repair and binjo your watching your film whilst its downloading . win. kinda like streaming but your sure its not gonna buffer

hey duckload i tried to join your premium service yesterday, your site says 0.49 euros for a day or so and 9.99 euros a month but when i click to go to paypal your price changes. Also you have a place on your site that if a user does not untick the promotion he gets charged an extra 4+ euros a week for some unspecified competition. comon you have a great site but this is not right, you should let users know exactly what they are paying.

Thanks for the info, just read it in detail. I still think you should have what you charge clearly stated on the payment page, I don’t think users care what you pay your partners, that should be between you and your partners. If you are charging 0.99 euros for one day rather than the advertised 0.49 just state it, I don’t mind your prices at all, I think they are rather good.

But the fact that when I went to paypal the price changed made me question the ethics of your company. This type of tactics will turn off users who want to buy your premium service and the fact that you are charging people’s credit cards every week for a competition that is not even specified is rather scary, who want to pay 4 euros a week to enter a competition. At least if there are people who do want to pay that let them tick the box by themselves to enter rather than you ticking it for them and by the time they realise you have already billed them.

I am a member of filesonic, their website said $9 a month and that is what I pay every month, no hidden costs or “we have to pay our partners $x”.

I had also Paypal payment, I was charged also more (see page 42 in this forum).

My problem, that my premium account was extended by somebody, and charged me with 23,84 again day before yesterday!!!! And I do not know, how is it possible!!!
How is it possible???

I copied all the screenshoots for my reference and wanted to delete my account, and it is not possible!
This way of doing business is totally unacceptable. I wrote already last time to the company, that I do not want to be part of anything, no sompetition, nothing.

I will go to the court, or I will visit the company personally if they are not charging back my money.
I just want my extra charges back!

 

One more question cames in my mind:
Who has given a permission to extend my account?
I see only a click-able link on the site, but not an automatic extend version.
That means for me, if I want to extend my account, I will, but if not, leave me and do not charge me with anything.

I am waiting to an answer and send the extra charges back to me.
