you are probably uploading from a file host located in the US - the US has shit speeds to everywhere except the US so... expect a queue.
Duckload is smart they host in the .eu where they have better lines to more of the world.

 

Hmmm not so sure, been uploading from my server at like 50mb per sec , was working fine earlier - seems im waiting for other useres to finish their remote upload before mine can start , but others have slow speeds i guess as the queue is taking a good while to start. im position 371

your premium status doesn't change your uploader status.

1) the files downloaded are disconnected by your server. In the other words, the free users cannot download completed.
2) the download speed is about 60-7KB/s. Pease notes that all the big files hosting providers has offer the download speed from 200KB/s to 400KB/s.
3) I cannot see any files when I saw the page of ' my data' but there is nothing.
4) you should add the premium accounts of hotfile, filesonic and fileserve
If you cannot solve three issues, you cannot get more market shares in the world compared with hotfile, filesonic and fileserve.
