    Manipulation is generally you're files are being downloaded multiple times from one IP address... or one item gets downloaded hundreds of times in a short amount of time

    @Duckload - with this 120s wait time which will be from tomorrow or when ever you launch - any chance of this being a result of the file size?
    say under 500mb - 20s - under 1000mb - 30s - over 2000mb 1min - over 5000mb - 2mins?

    Yes of course but the first some days we test it for every filesize we wan't to check how it works.

    Of course... if you download a 300mb file its stupid to have 120 seconds waiting time, so we try to set up 30 seconds for this kind of files at the next week.
