First of all it says up to $3, not $3 for every lead. Secondly your lead came from India. India has some of the lowest paid offers. Norway on the other hand will give you an average of $4.27 per lead. It all depends on the country.
i am with bee4biz and made 10$ with them but the think is Bee4biz shave many lead i uploaded files on different file hosting let say for example hosted on filesonic and the locking the link with bee4biz iam seeing the Downloads for some low country in Filesonic thats means user has unlocked from bee4biz but iam seeing no lead in bee4biz ...so how can they go thru the bee4biz link offcourse they have unlocked it completing survey but no lead in Bee4biz stats they should be giving atleast some cents for the Download if they have unlock the survey even if it is from low country...although i see no problems on the leads from USA avergae Payout for single download is 50 cents and i hope they Pay this will be my first Payout and i hope they also fix the Shaving thing
