Looking at the number of posts here I might that this niche is pretty crowded. So, I'm not start yet another arcade site....

horj.net - PR2

 

The arcade niche can do quite a bit of wonders for you. As long as you're playing the game right, you should do just fine. It does require a bit of thinking on your part but if you can do this, I guarantee a success with arcade websites.

I would categorize myself with one or two arcades that I work on to maximize the results. If you happen to want to join an arcade banner exchange that exchanges clicks, then visit ArcadeBonus.com. It's ran by myself and is growing rapidly. You should take a look for yourself if you haven't done so already.

 

I have a site that gets 10k + UV a day.....I don't know if that is considered to be a large arcade or not but I also have a few more that get 2k+ a day. All combined I make enough to pay my mortgage, bills and buy food.

I started out not planning to make any money at all.....But now that I know how.......well I can't quit now

 

I am planning to buy a house in the U.S.A. with the money

 

I'm looking to buy a house in Japan...maybe we can house swap

 

Mates, how long did it take you to get to that level of popularity to get 1k/10k's of uniques per day.

 

Does anyone knows good hosting service for arcade sites?

Yeah, but you'll get more and more problems once your site gets quite a lot of traffic.

Hey im also inside arcade niche, i have 2 arcade sites and 1 game dmp site, also i have pr 3 only games driectory www.kan2.org i hope you like it.
Until now i didnt earn anythign special with arcade.

You can actually earn money from arcade games using:

1. Upload the game at Ziddu and market it.
2. Use Clicksor to earn more.
3. Create some videos promoting the game and upload it on Veoh.com or Metacafe,

 

Good tactic Cipal, but dont you need to be owner fo game to upload it?

 

If it's a SWF file, it would make sense for the owner to do it, as they'll likely want their game to be spread around

 

I want to make at least us$2000/month from arcade site
