Don't worry folks, this is from the Official Adsense Twitter: "Expecting an AdSense payment? Rest assured it's on its way! Bank holidays earlier this month may account for the delay. (That rhymed - yay!)" http://twitter.com/AdSense
that is plain scary. Bank holidays earlier in the month? Let's see what bank holidays there were....... Exactly none! Does adsense think we are a bunch of idiots? http://www.federalreserve.gov/aboutthefed/k8.htm
I cant believe!! What is going on!! I need this money to pay my bills!! why they are so late this month.... Dang, why are you inside my head????
Well... the official federal reserve list of holidays aside.... I know most of our local banks took either Good Friday or Easter Monday off. (The 10th or the 13th). I don't know of any that took more than one day, but I suppose that's possible. Avery
those are federal banking holidays, notice that there were two of them in January but there was no delay. What they are saying is a lie and I don't appreciate a lie from someone doing business with me.
Only 2 days left lets see what google will say after 2 days, ofcourse they willl pay to all us but payment should be on time.
in my honest opinion this is most likely an oversight by someone in the accounts payable dept of adsens. google states taht the send checks most often during the last week of a month, not the last FULL week of a month. someone probably missed this was a short week....
Guys, before you drop the cheq into an ATM or a Bank Drop Box, make sure you manually cross it and mark it AC Payee. You may trust the bank, but you can't trust the peons who come and open the drop boxes to collect the cheques. Citibank may or may not hand cash to the bearer at the counter, but it is safe to cross the cheque with a black pen.
It doesn't change the fact that they lied about it. They gave a reason that was an out and out lie. There were no federal banking holidays in April.
hey saurabh, there is no mention of the cheques sent out on March. All the threads that I could find talk only about cheques sent out on feb and not delivered in march. Did you find anything on that? Maybe google fixed all problems in March itself and thats why we dont see any threads?
You are right. I didnt notice any complaints for March Payments cheques. Hope all issues were resolved
