Office Prank, $5 Quick Photoshop Job Needed

My co-workers have asked me to photoshop some ice cream onto the face in this picture. I don't have my copy of PS at work here and I need it done ASAP so I'm turning to the DP community.

Quick $5 job for anyone interested, it does not have to be perfect, it's just for a joke.
