Office 2000 spell checker problem

    Sometimes, Office 2000 doesn't enable its spell checker upon installation. How does this happen? Also how can I turn on the spell checker?

    It happens sometimes....the solutions is simple for this...
    Open MS Word >> Click Tools Menu >> Option

    In the option window choose the Spelling and Grammar Tab >> check spelling as you type (check if this radio button is checked or not) check it your spell check will start working .. :)
