What happened to the 75% commission? I got a sale today at 50%!

obviously the 75% didn't last long...IMO you should put it back up, man. E4E has a clear advantage over you here, both in design and in marketing. Least you could do for your affiliates would to give them as high commission as E4E....

 

Well that's just wrong. I've got a page promoting this, guess i'll be removing some links. Thanks for the heads-up.

 

I hope its just an over site. At least I can easily switch all my links over to E4E quickly, since I run them all through a php script on a domain.

Definitely a good move on getting rid of the AdSense ads, that is a surefire way to kill your own comissions while scaring off affiliates. Good luck with this product

I'm sorry about the 50% switch. You can blame that one on my dad. I've been visiting my grandparents and they don't have an internet hookup. To everyone who made sales at the 50% level I'm willing to paypal you 40% on any sales made as soon as the cheques come in. Please PM me with your affiliate id and how many sales you made at the 50% level.

I apologize for this. He's been brought up to speed and although doesn't agree with it, is letting me do it anyways.

The version of the site that I see still has the old pricing. Is that a mistake or have you decided that the new pricing wasn't working?

 

I just made a sale with this but the commission is kind of balls ($13) ?

gduncan: We reverted to the old pricing because sales did drop over a period of time.

Zibblu: Yes the commission on one book kind of sucks about half of them will be 13 and the other half 33.

Jason1uk: Listen dude, I have a list of about 5000 affiliates who promote stuff on clickbank whom I track. So sue me for showing user names. I could take you to the link on that site and you'd probably still complain.

web_18designer: Initially the site didn't have clickbank products and I've been slow to remove it. Everything is a learning process and I'm trying my best to learn.

 

Learning takes time, but just know that having advertisements on a sales page is one of the worst ideas ever since apart from loosing sales, keep in mind that affiliates spend money and time sending traffic that end as advertisement revenues in your pocket - its pratically stealing from your own affiliates.

Well, I'm certainly trying to learn. Adsense has been removed and I'm treating my affiliates as my bosses now. They get the big cut and I'm trying to help them make sales.

Incidentally, I've bumped the price back up to 67/29 and it's going to stay that way. Affiliates who are making conversions are as low as 1:15.

I'm glad you bumped the price back up. Today, I made my first sale since you've made all of the changes and my commission went up from $8.73 to $20.04! That's one sale in about 68 hops since I started using the targeted landing pages.

 

Congrats on the sale! You may also see some increased conversions because I've been working very hard on the wind landing page today. I'm overhauling all of the sales pages. Lots of work, but conversions really are improving.

gduncan wait until you get a 5 book sale! Commission is around $46.

 

You're right about the increased conversions ... I made 2 sales on only 11 hops yesterday! I can't sustain that rate, but it's very promising for me and it shows that the changes you're making are definitely helping. I had 291 hops with no sales before yesterday.

Also, I'm wondering if I can get a copy of your book. I would like to take a look at it and give it a review.

I saw that! Awesome conversions! I've been working really hard the past couple days and conversions have definitely increased. Lowest rate is ~2% or so.
