    so my tittle says everything, friends i am new on CJ , so i need ur help.

    I need to know -
    Offers That Pay For Credit Card Details Submission But Dont Charge The Credit Card Anything. Do u know such offers with High payout on Any Network? if yes then please let me know.

    Sounds like someone is looking to commit fraud... :rolleyes:

    If you don't convert any free signups into paid subscriptions, they'll know something is up, and most likely reverse your commission.
