    Heya friends,

    so my tittle says everything, friends i am new on CJ , so i need ur help.

    I need to know -
    Offers That Pay For a sale like 1$ paypal charge .. Do u know such offers with High payout on Any Network? Like USENEXT pays 13 euros for 1 euro signups ( and they accept paypal not only CC ) , do u know such things ?if yes then please let me know.
