    i better put a price on this as I received a few pms with offers of 50$ - 100$.

    The site is new...Already its looking to make 40$/month from adsense.
    just at this revenue the site value would be 400$ + value of the site being completely custom.

    who knows where the traffic/revenue will be in a month. site is only 2 weeks old.

    I am looking for a minimum offer of 500$.

    sorry, putting halt on sale until next month. I want to see how much the site will be making in another month which will change the value of the site.
