Haven't you get tired of hearing this? "make original content, unique content, bla, bla, bla..." This idea was very good 2,4 years ago...but today... THERE'S NOTHING PEOPLE CANNOT OBTAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE... idiots the ones that keep writing that in their stupid howto marketing articles..
You are wrong. Creating something nobody else has is still the way to make a million/billion dollar website.
Are you idiots or something? that site was created 5 years ago... I think i used english in this thread's first post...grrrr...
I am no idiot. New exceptional websites are being created daily, ready to grow at amazing speed for a couple of years to become a major player (Alexa top 100) by 2011.
There are loads of ideas out there. I have about 5 in my head that I want to play around with over the next year - so if lots of people have 5 then there is potential out there. It may not necessarily be about original content, per se, but perhaps a collation of the content. If you took 10 ideas - such as say a video game which 10 titles in its series and made a website of all the content which previously is on 10 websites, then your website would be a useful central resource. Bad example, but what I mean is that you can replicate content and still be original to some extent. Think perhaps about how you can make life easier for people. Look to your own life, local city/town and area. Does that have a website? could it? I often find that its a lot better to create a website regarding something you know. My most successful website, which is why I used the example above, was for a video game because I played it every day. I knew about the product and the market (because I was a sample of it) to write a website with content that would be of interest to that market. I would never start a website about classic music, diets or loans because I know nothing about them. Perhaps for now stick to what you know or take something popular and big and think how to make it appeal to a smaller group of people.
nothing like that. Availability of things is becoming easy that u get things anywhere on the web. so, its not right to say that anymore.
Well, obviously, if it was easy to come up with a totally new service/website/idea that people want without knowing until it exists that they want it - we'd all be doing it and we'd all be millionaires. Very few people will come up with totally ground breaking ideas and get rich from them. Getting a new spin on an old idea, tweaking something so that it's a bit better - that's more achievable, but still something that needs to be worked on, and not everyone can come up with a new idea. But really, stop reading those marketing articles - those who can, do, those that can't write about it and post it on ezine.com
Depends on what you understand with "unique content" ! It just means that you can provide something different - different way to express your knowledge. As an example, article on how to install apache ( web server ) - there are tons of websites where you can find tutorials on how to do it, but you always stick to one of them ! Why ? I can tell you why - because it's unique ! Anyway, you can continue to post copied articles, but visitors will come and go. The most important thing in writing good content is to keep visitors coming back again and again ! Keep it in mind and you'll see what "unique content" means !
what does that mean? you can still make unique content, you just have to be smart about it you know.?
