I can pretty much do anything you want,

1. Upload+Install CMS, themes and any plugins you need.
2. Code - HTML, CSS, PHP, java, mysql, ( getting into .asp )
3. Create+Design CMS Themes - wordpress, joomla, zen cart etc
4. Modify wordpress plugins.
5. Code your design or theme your design.
6. Modify anything you want.

I also have a brilliant graphics designer who i work with, he does logo + site design and is really good ( examples on request ).

yes can you modify php scripts too , i am certainly in need of one, and what are your rates

 

Tikoutikou - Yes i can although its a bit of a mission to do, this wouldn't be mega cheap but compared to others i would be very cheap. If you have written down the details of the site i can go over it and see what i can do.

Is there any reason you want one built from scratch? Would be a lot easier to modify an existing CMS for your purposes ( unless yu want to sell it as commercial CMS ).

MoTioN MaN - Yes i am able to modify php code, my rates are cheap, like $10 an hour. Depending on the amount of work involved in editing the script i would be willing to do the first customization free to prove myself and after this we could go for the $10 an hour route if you like.
