Offering free custom CMS in php

    I am building my portfolio and offering the free CMS to anybody who has more then 5 itrades......... i will build the cms for only that person who's requirements will be good enough. So that i may add that cms into my portfolio.

    So before messaging me please gather your requirements and put them into the document file and then pm me.
