Offering CashBack on ClickBank?

    Is offering CashBack (as an affiliate) on ClickBank products against their TOS? I have read their Privacy Policy and it reads:

    You will not offer, suggest or imply the availability of any rebates, coupons, tickets, vouchers or similar incentives to induce or encourage the purchase of a Product.

    But I have seen affiliates at various locations around the web offering cashback on various clickbank products. Any help?

    Yes it's against clickbank TOS, get their affiliate nickname and report them to clickbank.

    Sorry for digging up a nearly six-year-old post, but I don't see in the Client Contract where this stands now (2015).

    The language in the first post in the thread is no longer there.

    Most of the discussion on this topic elsewhere is of similar vintage.

    Thanks for any insights.
