Offering a $500 bounty to teach me how to use cbq excel

    I'm using the CBQ rules heavily for bandwidth shaping. Most of this work is being done at one central point in my NOC, while we work towards rebuilding our network in a more decentralized manner (with StarOS APs that can do the bandwitdh shaping on-site).
