I have finally gotten around to updating optigold from ver 3.31 to 3.34 and have ran into issues with our signup web interface. When a person enters an offercode on signup (Using optigold's web interface and the optiskin interface), optigold doesn't fill in the SalesPerson/Referred From information. However, it still pulls the information if we sign the cusromer up with the optigold client. Has anybody else ran into this problem? ~Aaron Scruggs
I just removed optigold / and the whole web directory from the filemaker web server and reinstalled optigold using the web server installation and am still getting the same thing. If it helps we are using filemaker unlimited 5.5 for the webserver. ~Aaron Scruggs
Yes, all invoices are being created, they are being billed properly, all the server actions are running. The offer code is even showing on the invoice with the 1 month credit we are giving them.
Any idea when the next release will be? We are having to key in every online signups referal information by hand. Thanks
