Shawn, Wondering via online sign up I know an Offer Code can be tied to a class and a salesperson. Is it possible to have it go to like this: Offer Code > Account Class > Salesperson > Billing Cycle item (kicker is each Salesperson may have a unique price or dicounts to offer their customers). Any thoughts on how I could get that to work? Thanks. Colin
You can use the account class to make available specific products/services if you wish. The account class can be set based on the offer code as well. Is that what you are trying to do, or am I misunderstanding?
Let me explain in a bit more detail what I'm trying to accomplish as that might help clarify my task at hand. We are setting up the online section of OG and will be forced to used offer codes to get the account class then over to billing cycle items. Challenge is we have regional pricing and promotions, specials etc., where our VAR's will be doing the online data entry for us as they input customer information etc. Is their a way that when the VAR logs in he can only see the billing cycle items that pertain to him? I'm at a loss as to how to handle all the different pricing matrix's I can get into rather than setup one billing cycle item per the amount of VAR's I have. So I guess is my only option that if I have 35 VAR's I have to setup product_id called "X" under 35 account class's? What might be another way you can think of? Thanks.
