(Off Topic - Hypothetical Post): Let's Talk about Web Hosting

I am thinking about starting a web hosting talk forum, where people can go to talk about web hosting. I am going to need to set up some policies in a moderator section or something. So I'd like some ideas about what policies I should implement. I know one web hosting talk forum that has some pretty unique policies, so I have based my ideas on them. Please give me your opinion on these proposed rules, and let me know how they might be revised. Although I think they're pretty solid - so revision may not be necessary.

If someone breaks a rule, this is the formal process:

*Note, these rules also apply to when people are not breaking any rules, but you just want to use demonstrate or otherwise practice your moderation skills. Administration will back you up in such cases, so don't worry. You can always find a reason to give someone an infraction. If you can't find a reason with practically any post, you're just not trying hard enough.

    Rule Breaking Procedures

    1). Scratch your head.
2). Lean to the left -- Fart.
3). Find (and try to align) all the biggest words you have in your head in case you are asked for an explanation.
4). This step is optional, but you may wish to wipe the drool off your keyboard to make typing more comfortable.
5). Delete the post. *It is important to have your tongue sticking out the corner of your mouth as you hit enter.
6). Give the person an infraction (infraction is a really big dual use word meaning: "Liar" or "Spammer")..
7 ). Leave a private message to the liar saying: "DUH - YOU LIAH! AND YOU SPAM - I KNOW YOU DID!".
    ---
This may be all you have to do, but if problems persists (ie: Sometimes the spammers and liars have the audacity to send a message back simply saying: "WTF?"), like they can't think of something original:
    ---
8). Lean to the right -- Fart. *Or if you're all out of gas, pick your nose.
9). Ban the person and leave a message telling them that they were being disruptive and uncivilized.
10). Clap (the faster you clap the happier you will feel) and smile, while bouncing up and down in your chair. Do this until someone punches you in the face, OR until you've been launched off your chair; and are heading toward (or over) your monitor - propelled by a piece of office furniture, which has attached itself to the back of your head.

    Extra Instructions:

    - You should have already and understood the procedure for how to unban the forum administrator.
    - You should have a second account in case you ban yourself, (it's happened before).
    - You can't ban bots - so don't try to work out where that button is. There isn't one. But if you're good we can get you a pretend one.

If you have decent forum software you won't be able to ban yourself. It's a no brainer.
