Buying Off-page SEO work

    I am looking for some off-page optimization SEO work as below:

    50 Articles (Should be all approved) - 5 articles to be submitted in 50 article sites (each article in 10 different sites)
    50 Press Release (Should be all approved) - 5 press release to be submitted in 50 Press Release sites (each press release in 10 different sites)
    03 Hub Pages
    02 Squidoo Lenses

    • Quotes for all work
    • your e-mail ID
    • 3 live sample of your content
    • List of articles where you will submit
    • List of press release sites where you will submit
    • Time required for complete all this work

    I don't think it's the right way to increase your backlinks in a short time; I don't know why you are ommiting blog posting, forum posting, web directories....
