Hi, guys! I'm pretty new here on the forum and I wanted to get to know everyone better. I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, but I've had a crazy couple of years and ended up "off the wagon". So now I'm trying to lose 70 pounds. At first I was discouraged, but it's actually been amazing getting to really feel what my overweight clients felt. I think it's going to make me an even better health and fitness professional! So I'm embracing the process. Anybody else out there needing to get into gear or already moving and seeing results towards your wellness goals? I know what I'm supposed to do, but I'm always interested in hearing what works for others. And, if anyone wants an online workout or diet buddy, we can partner up! Stay healthy! And never give up! Life is WORTH IT!
Do exercise, yes, also try using stairs instead of lift/elevator. try to jog to nearby stores. jump off a building, hell no, just kidding.
