Ok, here is the deal........ I have been a Google Checkout member for a year plus now and have loved it.... I have done numerous big time transactions.... recently I paid someone $600 to do some web work and they did a horrific job and they refuse to refund me... It has been 2 months and I am tired of trying to get my funds back from them... So I contact GCheckout about a chargeback and they sent me a vague e-mail saying only the seller can send me my money back if he does not want to he does not have to? This pissed me off... so I replied saying that I guess I will contact my CC company and file a dispute and they have not responded back.... So to get my $$ back I am going to call my CC company tomorrow and dispute.... Do you think GCheckout will suspend my account for this?
Why should they? You should file a charge back from your CC company IMO. Hope for the best and plan for the worst.
What is this rubbish about 'if you pissed them off' - they're not a sulky teenager. Your account gets suspended if they think you've gone against the terms of service. Not because they don't want you as their best friend anymore.
