Odd Image Ads

I just saw this on my forum speedsolving.com . It is classified as an "Image Ad" because I had image ads showing only. It has a search box, and several clickable auctions, with an image. Quite impressive.

Anyone else seen this through Googles image ads?

 

Yep. Some sort of eBay + AdSense alliance.

This was on for a long time.

Google will display dynamic ads for ebay and other service sites like Google Products or Amazon.

However, it doesn't happen much.

That is quite an effective ad. Nice image, easy search, and probably a create CTR because of it. It makes ShoppingAds (auctionads) look bad.

 

i think they are combining 2 ads to look like one. ads by google is one ad, and the ebay ad at the bottom is from somewhere else

 

There is a Link unit, along with a Google Image Ad. Both are from google adsense.
