My pages have to do directly and generally with health related topics. Stuff like heart disease, cancer, eye disorders...etc.. However, sometimes the adds seem not to fit. I have had adds for things like cupcakes, flower service? Any ideas on this. Thanks
have have to set your ad filter and add your sites kw's so that google knows what types of ads to display on your website.
When you say add your sites keywords, what exactly does that mean? How does one go about doing that. I am concerned because people visiting are obviously going to be interested in health and then there is an add for a sweet shop or cookie bakery service. Does not happen frequently, but has been there on occasion.
also remember that the ads that you see are not necessarily the ads that your visitor see...so if you've been searching on cupcakes before going to your site you may see cupcake ads!
It is all down to keyword density, when google visits your site if it can't get enough info to service the ads they won't show up as you would like. Increase the keyword density - works every time for me. That said if you have a blog where each post is on a different topic then this will always be a problem
