Obtaining Local query search activity

    Any one have any suggestions on finding common search queries by location at the state or City level??

    Have a couple of techniques using "Google Trends" and "The Adwords Content network tool" but was wondering if there are any more granular tools available.

    Wordtracker does ok for the local stuff, at least it has for me.
