    • I don't have any intention to update this website which is why I'm selling it in the first place.
    • PR1 - with just a few backlinks
    • Ranks well for a number of reasonably popular phrases - check the stats below.
    • All of the content is unique bar of course the lyrics. I've only written about 8-10 of the bands and the rest contain lyrics only. Check it out for yourself!
    • Adsense income isn't really worth mentioning. $1-2 a month.
    • It's run on a very primitive "CMS" (and I use that loosely) system that I wrote. Easy to transfer across.
    • As always I'll push the domain over to your account on Dynadot.
    • Bidding starts at $15. *UPDATE* I'll come in with the BIN sometime during the afternoon-evening tomorrow.
