    looks really nice, black seems little too dark and the search bar is probably bit off for my ff 3.5

    Nice shadows an professional look. That's all that counts.
    But you have a lot of coding errors. Run the w3c validator to find them.

    The navigation looks rough, and the dropdowns dont fit right, also id work on proper validation. great layout nice job.

    I don't like how if you mouse over the tabs it will give the brief overview but still not allow you to navigate there but clicking the tab, instead you have to click the link at the bottom. Why not both, it doesn't feel natural having to click the bottom.

    It would be very good for any other kind of company, but no for webdesign company. From the home site of this kind I expect much more than average.

    Few months ago I've been looking for a webdesigner for my new website and I've seen about 300 company's websites. Comparing yours is not bad, but I've seen many much more creative.
