obfuscation question

    i have a string that needs to be decoded (from a site that gives programming challenges) ive completed all except this one i know it has to do with obfuscation so my question is this what is the best way to try and crack the program they give you to decode the string? sorry if it sounds complicated

    thats the string that has to be decoded lol and i think it has alot to do with the program that they give ya that needs to be cracked tho so give it a shot if ya like
