can you please help me? I removed one of my ads and campaigns and created a new one and on obeus.com now I can't find where to change CPC, cause I see the message above (Tips: Your Ads have no chances to be displayed if you choose noncompetitive CPC ($0.02 is minimal at the moment) now all the time and my ads are not running. Please help asap! thank you.
