    from the people I have talk to they are not paying. but its best if you google it. it will list forums, blogs, and sites that say if they are paying or not.

    you can proof for self, just add one block advertising and see what happen if reach the minimum as i know they add more payment method now.

    I get paid many times from Obeus but small amounts and I did advertise one time with them

    I don't know how they are doing now
