    That is a failed stance, in a whole, in reality, the facts no matter who is better, Republicans get a bump when it comes to security.

    Just as dems get a bump when it comes to environment type issues, no matter if one is better than the other.

    It only is failed if you don't personally look at things and weigh them out. Generally maybe, but then again, that is what politicians seem to hope for - people not actually looking at record but at promises.
