    It's probably their version of a helth plan.
    When you open it up, it says;
    REPUBLICAN HEALTH PLAN, DON'T GET SICK

    That may be close to actually what it was I know it had the word 'Sick' in it or at least the guy that was sitting next to Joe Wilson had it written on it wasn't able to see the whole thing tho.
