He scratched himself with one finger previously (second video) so I'd guess it was an accident. Videos like this appear with Bush, and a lot of other politicians. Frankly it's lame for someone to notice, and even lamer to post it on the internet. Quit the shit and stick to the issues. ZzZzZz.
What I think is more funnier is people booing debates, Isn't that what democracy is about a debate of ideas. As for the finger, I think he just scratched him self and was not giving her the finger.

That's what they are supposed to be, that's the whole reason people were booing that "debate." Because it wasn't about ideas or the issues, it was about personal attacks based on trivial non-issues like flag lapel pins.
The worst thing Obama could do is give Hillary the finger or get into some petty debates about personal issues with Hillary.
