My Question about obama want to stop outsourcing from america. Is he doing right ? what are the effects of that on IT Industry? In india many it companies depended on USA then what is their future? Want to know that what you think about this matter?
Well, he may say he wants to brings jobs to America but it's all show. Giving US companies "tax credits" to employ americans instead of shipping jobs overseas is a nice thought - but it will do nothing aside from boosting his image (and don't be naive, that is his main agenda). It is still in certain businesses best interest to outsource, because that saves them more money than these supposed "tax credits" will. BUT, Obama probably knows this, and by offering these "credits" he can say "look what I did, it's those big bad companies fault you don't have jobs, not mine or the governments"! The bottom line is that whatever is going to save the companies the most money will win the day, and with continuous government regulation(s) on EVERYTHING, a constantly increasing minimum wage and business taxes in the US, I don't think those in India employed by US companies have much to worry about. I would be more worried about these US companies going under as a result of increasing regulations and taxes more than I the jobs being moved back to the US. Obama is really doing nothing.
still american company prefer to outsource at india, bcoz still its very cheap to outsource in india.
I support his plan if the price of outsource is higher than insource. And for India company,its not a bad thing,they can diversity their income source by offering more range of product and service at cheaper price to cater to non US company.
