Well, again, could just be me, but it seems the 13,255,309 Americans who have voted for him thus far seem to feel he knows what they're about. Just a bit uncomfortable declaring them un-American. Seems to me we've seen that at least once before in our recent history - and that didn't go so well.

I strongly disagree. These are the kind of BS issues that the Karl Roves of the world use to scare average non-rich Americans into voting against their best interest and voting for more corporate control of this country.

Right, the first and second amendments don't really matter, might as well throw in the 5th and 6th as non-important as well, just for good measure.

These are important to many Americans, and Obama blew this one; no other way to slice it.

That they are important to many American people is unrelated to whether America was founded on the NRA platitude of "God, guts and guns."

Personally, I have had it with such a sanctimonious, and ridiculously simple-minded war chant. Such a mindset is what has led us into the disaster of this administration and its policies.

Anyone can have a bad day.Everyone has days when they end up saying something that they never intended to say.

Now regarding whether the case at hand is a "Bad day" or a "bad man", there might be varying opinions.

I love Obama's response to McCain & Clinton.

He gets in some great jabs on Clinton there. He's starting to go after Clinton a little more directly now because of Clinton's relentless negativity. I'm still just stunned that so many Dems are still supporting Clinton after the campaign she's ran.

Never underestimate the average voter's ability to make irrational decisions.

    John Skerry.

And thus appears the Big Guns of the timid few.

Don't worry, fellas - there's room for all of us.
