Selling Oacie.Com - Profit Making Arcade Site

This thread is regards to the sale of Oacie.Com - A gaming site that has been around for almost a year and half now! Reason for sale: Buggering off for an extra year in education (Masters) so won't have the time to give the site much needed TLC.

The Domain Name

The name is registered at NameCheap.Com with a free push. The domain name expires on the 2011-06-17. The domain name is also a valid PageRank 2.

Traffic

Traffic mainly comes from the USA (mainly teenagers) but over the summer months traffic dropped due to it being the summer (but then picked up for the academic year);

I have the figures for last year (pointless for 2011). I some how merged to merge the channel with another site. However, the site makes about $10 per month from ads (estimate).

Payment is to be made by PayPal - Verified users ONLY!

I am able to host the site for 30 days after the sale - Or more long term for a fee. I will happily transfer the site for the winner of the auction.
