NY payday loans traffic - which affiliate program should I choose?

    Hi guys!

    I have an unusual problem in payday niche. I have traffic from NY regions of US. And I am currently working with t3 leads. But t3leads doesn't accept leads from NY because only lenders licensed in NY can give such loans. So I need to find an affiliate program or lender who can give a JS or iframe form and will accept leads from NY.

    .htaccess if they don't accept leads from NY and focus on other areas.
