    "a" on google returns roughly 20,400,000,000 results alone. I'm not even going to bother with "b".

    I'd say at least thousands of quadrillions of websites.

    I also searched by "a" on google and it returned 17,730,000,000 results. did 3.000.000.000 die in the past 10 minutes? :D

    how come they are more than world population ..>600crores
    it means the ratio is more than 1:1
    how come this possible with half of the world population is india, china, pak, bangladesh,,, where computer literacy not high...

    its just my analysis....

    it's simple to calculate -

    Suppose the no. of webmasters = X
    and no. of visitors = 3x

    assuming 1 webmaster = 5 sites (average) = 5x or X X X X X

    the total no. of sites = X*3x (xxx)*5x (xxxxx)

    = Xxxxxxxxx no. of sites

    (P.S- These calculation are based on my assumption and are conducted on my poor knowledge of maths):rolleyes:

    I do n't know about no of websites online....

    But no of domains registered may not be more than 75 million.... (I have stats to prove it)
