Number of Links to Add Per Week?

    I read on this forum to keep adding links, what is a safe number to add per week
    without getting on Googles bad side?

    Adding links to your site or leaving a links of your site? It's better if you leave your links on different websites than collecting links.

    for new site.. make it gradual linking..
    and, its doesnt matter to have many links the most important here was the quality of the site you link with..
