    Hi

my site have over 10,000 pages and adding new page everyday, is it ok to add all 10,000+ pages in googesitemap or create different sitemaps for each section. (real estate site)

Yes, 10.000 is no problem. Most likely the she software/service you use can also automatically split your sitemaps into multiple files (at least A1 Sitemap Generator can do so) if you exceed the limit of URLs per sitemap file (which is 50.000). However, if you wish, you can also choose to split into multiple files before you reach the limit of 50.000

A Sitemap should contain a list of your site's URLs - up to 50,000 of them. If you have a large site with more than 50,000 URLs, you should create multiple Sitemaps and submit a Sitemap index file
