Number of Indexed Urls Going Down

    I recently moved to a new server which meant the the site map generator tool I used would not work anymore, so I generated a new site map then re-submitted at webmaster tools but ever since, the number of indexed urls has been going down.

    However my web guy who does things out of my control accidently made about 50 pages that I had previously deleted live again they started being indexed again without me knowing when I found out I deleted the pages again then the problems with indexed pages began.

    Will everything return to normal or is there a deeper lying problem
