I asked CJ support if I am allowed to make another account for incentive purposes, they said no problem, but I have to use another account.

You can have as many as you want, but I really see no need for more than 2 (1 for regular traffic, 1 for incentive traffic). Why do you need more than 1 account if you're not doing what I just described, anyway?

I spoke at length with CJ and confirmed this. I have 3.

    1 is standard,
1 is for a certain type of incentive site; and
1 is for a different type of incentive site.

CJ, in fact, recommended this approach because not alll advertisers will allow incentive sites and not all advertisers will allow every type of incentive.

You can have as many accounts as you want as long as you are using them for legit purposes.

I think one is best way to go. If you do not have any sales after so long the close account. This way if you have mutiple accounts they would close all with no sales and you have to get more with new emails and passwords.

Multiple accounts are generally frowned upon by CJ. Everything should be doable through you main account, just do pass any bad leads that will get you baned from CJ.

I know of a CJP who used to have at least 5 separate accounts. There are also a number of large incentive site CJPs (think airline miles, credit card "bonus point" shopping, etc.) that separate out each brand into a new account.
