Once a week is OK. Pay more attention to the quality. One article with high quality is better than 10 articles with low quality.

I think you should create and submit as many quality articles that you can.

There is no set amount. Also, you can not really expect to get a ton of traffic from article marketing (at least from my experience). I guess the question is, how much traffic are you wanting to get say, 3 months down the road from now?

Honestly, my average articles probably only bring in 4-5 unique visitors per month each, if that. Some are much higher performing, some never send me much of anything. My recommendation is to use article marketing slowly and steadily. I wouldn't put all of my eggs in that basket. Throw some up monthly, you can rest assured knowing that those articles are going to work consistently for you over the next couple of years. Then start moving on to media buying or something along those lines to help with more immediate traffic sources. This is my method anyhow and it works well.

My strategy is to just focus on submitting ONE article a day to Ezinearticles.com FIRST, because as you probably know, they are like the Google and Facebook of article directories -- wait for it to be approved, and then submit that same article (with a little rephrasing to avoid having Google think it's duplicate content, which will bring your search engine rankings lower) to goarticles who approve my articles right away and Articlesbase, who approve my articles like in an hour-two hours most times.

And so focus on soley that. Google and other search engines love fresh, valuable, relevant content and so by minimizing the directories I post to and focusing on providing this valuable, relevant content I'm gaining good quality scores in the eyes of Google, and achieving higher rankings with my keywords.

I've been getting good results with this strategy posting 1-2 high quality articles a day.

Give it a try and if you need some help, just shoot me a PM or an email.

It takes time once your article are published for your results to show and it depends on the amount of time a week you can devote. I saw dramantic improvement when I did 10 articles a month and started seeing results in the 4th month of being published.

It all depends upon your dream. How fast it should happen. I am publishing daily one article on my blog. It's rank has improved from 33 lacs to 10 lacs within 2 months along with 1200 backlinks efforts.

It's now how many articles you need, it's how good they are.

Try to keep a good amount of the keywords you are targeting on the articles, and just submit them to only one article database.

What you do is actually less than the average person should do for an article marketing venture. Around 3-10 articles per day is the average. Submit them everyday and you can see a big bump in traffic.
