Number of ads per page

    Hi:

    I try some experiments with adsense and got these results:

    - If we place more ads in one page, pay rate will be low.
    - If we decrease ads in one page, pay rate will be high.

    Is it true?

    I have 3000 Unique visitors, when i place 3 ads in one page, i got even 2 cents per click.

    With same number of visitors, when i place 1 or 2 ads in one page, i got 5, 6, or even 20 cents per click.

    Anyone experience with this??

    Yes the more ads per page means more advertisers so more lower paying advertisers will be on your site. Keep the best ctr ad unit code first in your source code as the first unit will have the higest advertisers. If you have the other ads code lower in your source but more prominent posistions on your page youll get more clicks on them and so lower clicks.

    But how about your ctr goes comparing to both No. of ad units ??
