    The site is in #1 position for the keywords "el paso Ballroom"

    I am an seo guy, it was a case study, I just wanted to see how long it would take to get it to top position for a local search with a new domain name. Most of the optimization is off page.

    I haven't done anything to monetize the site but the traffic is pretty good, and there are 35 or 40 ballrooms here in El Paso that would probably love to buy the site or the leads from you.

    It is built on wordpress.
