    Very Basic website WITH active traffic. I was working on a new design and was distracted by family issues I have to deal with. I am selling this site/domain ONLY because of those family issues. Those that know me well on this board know that I normally finish my projects all the way through and produce very good sites with traffic...I am forced to sell a few sites because of family issues.     BIN lowered to $150 - get it now, its getting more and more traffic and just needs some TLC to be amazing.
