tbh it seems like a neat idea but not sure if anyone would ever search for google dark...just doesn't make sense. But the basics still apply; you have onpage seo setup it looks like so now it's offpage seo time. Social bookmarking, directories, articles, press releases, etc.

i think you need tons of baclinks with your term in the anchor. I did that for my top phrase and I am number 2 right now. It is a brand new site as well.
Sure its possible. Just link lots from blogs, article sites, directories. Why though would people use a search engine to find another search engine?
I agree completely. PR has very little relevance in determining one's serp position and so you would do well to get it out of your focus/strategy as well! Regards, RightMan
never think if you got a pr2 and the competitor got pr5 you can get the top position pr and rank are very different things. so work hard.
