Ok, so you may be familiar with Nubiles.net - one of the premier teen sites around. Up for sale today is a domain that would make an awesome compliment/affiliate site for them and any other "teen" site but it is not necesarrily an "adult" domain and can be used for anything.

The dictionary defines "nubile" as "of marraigeable age" which means it is perfect for an 18+ teen site.

The domain name gets very big results on both Google and Wordtracker with lots of daily searches done on this exact phrase:

Wordtracker.com Results - "nubile teen" 125.0 / searches a day .... "nubile teens" 522.0 / searches a day

Google Results - 115,000 for: "nubile teen"

Google Results - 377,000 for nubile teen without quotation marks.

Keep in mind that the results from Wordtracker.com are only a *sampling* of the people doing searches on THIER site... meaning the true number is many, many more times that. It is only used as a sampling tool and does not represent the totality of searches done on a particular phrase.

Domain has never been developed but even still gets around 50-100 type-ins a month which is pretty decent for a never developed site.

I will set the "Buy it Now" price at $1,500 but am willing to take offers less than that, especially if you are willing to send it to auction at Sedo where it is currently parked.
