NS records not reflecting, it has been 2 days.

    Hi,
    domain aimco.co.in is registered and hosted with diademtech.com
    currently it is Linux host.

    i want to use windows hosting, as i have redeveloped site in asp.net, i just want to point to new host.

    so i bought new windows host from which i got this NS Records
    ns50.netspaceindia.com
    ns51.netspaceindia.com

    so i modified the records in diademtech as follows, 2 days ago

    *.webmail.aimco.co.in. CNAME aimco.co.in.
    aimco.co.in. NS ns50.netspaceindia.com.
    aimco.co.in. NS ns51.netspaceindia.com.
    aimco.co.in. A 75.126.60.85
    aimco.co.in. MX (10) mail.aimco.co.in.
    aimco.co.in. TXT v=spf1 a mx ip4:75.126.183.6 ip4:75.126.60.85 mx:aimco.co.in -all
    ftp.aimco.co.in. CNAME aimco.co.in.
    mail.aimco.co.in. A 75.126.60.85
    webmail.aimco.co.in. A 75.126.60.85
    www.aimco.co.in. CNAME aimco.co.in.

    My SOA records
    =====================================
    TTL * 15 min
    Refresh * 3 hr
    Retry * 1hr
    Expire * 7 days
    Minimum * 3hr
    =====================================


    but when i visit aimco.co.in
    i still land on old hosting account.
    also i cannot visit webmail client in my old hosting account.

    both hosting accounts shows as they act as primary domain name server for the domain aimco.co.in


    can any body show me what i am doing wrong, and why iam landing on old host.

    I think you should double check to make sure you have put the name servers correctly in your domain settings. You can also get in touch with your domain/hosting providers with your questions directly.

    Hello there,

    You currently have NS2.DIADEM-TECH.COM and NS3.DIADEM-TECH.COM listed at your registrar for your name servers. You need to change these ns50.netspaceindia.com and ns51.netspaceindia.com. I have also noticed before, that .co.in domain names take a very long time to propagate, sometimes up to 48 hours.

    i was just changing the NS records in the plex control panel provided by them.
    but they need to change the record by them selves in there control panel.

    That was the problem.

    Hi Pravin,

    Are you still facing issue ? just saw that your domain is still not pointing to our name server. Let me know if you are facing some issue.
